(Based on blue isle studio's dev interview)
Hey guys, TJ here, It's been a long time since i havent posed anything on the official EFS blog but know, It's my new post, This time, It's a dev interview, We're gonna be interviewing with the lead 3d modeler and the community manager Brenden LaVelle,
TJ: What do you do at Elite-Force Studios Studios?
Brenden: I am currently enrolled in two postions at elite-force studios which are 3d modeler and community manager, as a 3d modeler I create and design assets for our team to put together levels and pretty much give the game a 3d experience. As for community manager, I am responsible for scouting, releasing information, and pretty much getting the word out about whats going on at elite-force studios.
TJ: What is the best part about working for Elite-Force Studios?
Brenden: The best part about working at elite-force studos is the team, they are very active, nice, and willing to accomplish anything.
TJ: How did you break into the video game industry? Do you have any advice for people looking for a career in
the video game industry?
Brenden: I honestly got started 3d modeling at around 13 when I got my first computer, and along with my father using 3ds max i chose to stick with blender becaouse of the simpliity and power. I transferred to 3d modeling for video games becaouse of the fact that I have always loved video games and have always wanted to create one. As for advice for people looking for a career in the video game industry, I would say all you have to do is be dedicated to finding a team, giving your all, but most importantly just have fun.
TJ: What video game are you currently playing?
Honestly I lovefps like games(such as battlefield, call of duty, etc.), which is why I was happy to join elite
force studios and work on elite-offensive.
Brenden: What horror movie(s)/game(s) have kept you up all night?
Many horror movie I watch scare becaouse of the fact i watch them in the dark in my theater at night, other than that im good. But as games go, I really havent played any horror games.
TJ: What is your favorite dinosaur?
Brenden: Although im not really into dionosoars my favorite would have to be Tyrannosaurus Rex.
